The Maintenance Advocate is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of the domestic violence shelter and its surrounding grounds. This role supports a trauma-informed environment by maintaining a secure, welcoming, and well-operating facility for survivors and their children. The Maintenance Advocate works collaboratively with staff to promptly address maintenance needs while maintaining strict confidentiality and respect for resident privacy.
